When J Bauman Salon moved locations, changed their name from Arturo's and wanted a completely fresh and new look they turned to AaronVan as the agency to complete the overhaul. Everything has been created anew from their identity to their marketing materials, website and even the photography. Jes Bauman, owner of J Bauman Salon, says "We wanted a visual presence that conveyed the level of style and sophistication we bring to hair and to our clients and that's exactly what we got." As the new kid on the block, 23 was looking to redefine the Orlando nightlife landscape with a club that catered to an upscale clientèle without being snobby or pretentious. The design for 23 had to fit the beautiful workmanship of the interior of the club. The main concept was a way to be classy and upscale without doing the standard nightclub script font logo. I developed numerous design concepts and eventually decided that the numbers were the way to go. The logo ended up incorporating a bit of the wood finish and orange glow that the club exudes and became a great fit for the venue as well as supporting materials.
